Lovely Luxury Stay!
spacious room well-kept room great variety nearby spot
The rooms were spacious and very well-kept. I found every comfort. Food was so great. The team provided great variety and AMAZING taste. The location offers fantastic views. I loved that all the tourist spots were nearby.
I noticed slight delays at times with room service.

The swimming pool was clean. The mountain view is amazing from many points on the hotel. Car parking was convenient, and the staff offered prompt pick-up service ANYTIME!!!

local attractions couples treatment great space scenic view
I found the staff helpful with an overview of local attractions upon my arrival. i particularly enjoyed the couples treatment at the spa. the room had great space. i also loved the scenic view. It was picturesque!
On arrival, i noticed slight wear. Curtains were not quite right. a bit more attention to detail would elevate the stay further. this was the only thing i noticed though.

The open-sided restaurant created a pleasant ambiance, especially during breakfast. the breakfast included varied options. Everything tasted fresh! the dedication of the kitchen staff ensured all expectations were met, this was fantastic.

The staff displayed helpfulness and attentiveness throughout my stay. I felt charmed! they even arranged a trustworthy cab driver to guide me through local spots. That was great. the team maintained high standards.

Really good Stay with Amazing Staff
great service helpful manager
The staff provided great service. Abin, the reception manager, was particularly fantastic and helpful. The hotel met all expectations from the UK and Australia. Everyone at the hotel showed genuine warmth and kindness to us.
The pool lacked proper cleaning, which affected the overall experience.

The hotel sits on a hill among cardamon plants and trees. Our room's balcony faced woodlands, a place to watch birds and Malabar squirrels. Beautiful flowers lined pathways and the garden creating an amazing scenery.

The buffet offered options for vegetarian diets that my daughter enjoyed. Staff met my dietary requests as best as possible showing care. I wanted other fresh fruits available. The music in the gardens, afternoon tea, and evening performance added to the dining ambiance.

The staff members were super friendly and they responded well to messages. Jesiya and Samuel JV, the manager, gave advice and kind support. Their service ensured that all needs were catered for properly. We would recommend to anyone else.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Super clean cleanliness marked all areas. The room had a balcony facing woodlands and beautiful flowers. Pathways and garden were well designed and facilitated movement.

A good stay with some minor issues
infinity swimming pool friendly staff convenient restaurant limited equipment unadjustable machine missing benches
The infinity swimming pool was amazing. The hotel includes a restaurant and this is a convenience due to the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful .
The gym had limited equipment available. There were only four pairs of free weights. The multipurpose weights and cable machine was not properly adjustable and no benches were available
